2017: Justin Adams and Pat Morrell (Anduin Cofounder, VP Sales) launch Digitize.AI, a healthtech company solving finance problems for healthcare providers
2019: Following 2 years of fast growth and innovative problem-solving, Digitize.AI is acquired by Waystar (a Bain Capital–backed healthtech company)
June 2020: Tanner Fritz (Anduin Cofounder, VP Customer) and Chris Furlong (Anduin Cofounder, VP Technology) join Justin Adams and Pat Morrell to launch Anduin
July 2020: Anduin starts working with leading accounting and consulting firms in a "beta" development program to build the v1 of Intelligence-Based BillingTM
Jan 1, 2021: Anduin's Trailblazer program starts offering select accounting firms with early access to Intelligence-Based BillingTM
May 1, 2021: Intelligence-Based BillingTM will be available to accounting firms industry-wide beginning in Q2 2021.

A southern California native, Justin began his career in the Intelligence Community for the US government. He started a task force that used novel technology to combine data analytics and operational responsibilities, and sat on an advisory panel to In-Q-Tel. Following graduate school, Justin spent 6 years at PwC building the firm's global back-office AI Center for Excellence and Automation. Justin left PwC to become a founding partner of Independence Consulting (now Point B), leaving to then cofound Digitize.AI, a healthtech company acquired in 2019 by Bain Capital–backed Waystar. Outside of work, Justin enjoys keeping tabs on global economic, political, and technological trends. When he's not in front of a computer, one of his 3 dogs is always looking for a walk.

After several years working in politics in Washington, DC, Pat was a founding employee of Raleigh-based Three Ships Media in 2009, a technology and marketing agency. Pat then led enterprise sales for Skookum, a custom software product development agency, thereafter founding and operating a successful luxury goods eCommerce business (FitzGerald Morrell, acquired in 2018). After being recruited to Sealed Air Corporation to build the enterprise's first inside sales team and running a 9-figure portfolio of commodity products, Pat cofounded Digitize.AI with Justin Adams where he ran sales. Outside of his time at Anduin, Pat enjoys running and playing basketball, reading a good book (novels and political non-fiction), traveling, and cooking at home with his wife and two kids.

Chris began his engineering career in the healthcare industry in Wisconsin, working for the country's leading electronic health record platform company, Epic. Chris returned to NC to join Charlotte-based PeraHealth, an industry-leading healthcare diagnostic company. Chris led the software engineering team at PeraHealth, eventually becoming Chief Architect and Vice President of Engineering while concurrently pursuing a Master's Degree focused on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. When he's not writing code, Chris enjoys playing guitar, wakeboarding, and hiking with his wife and two dogs.

A former college basketball player, Tanner's career in tech and product management began in Charlotte—first in product leadership roles at Mood Media and Tykoon, leading to the Chief Technology Officer role at Speed Digital (motorsports-focused platform). Tanner then become Chief Technology Officer of Sona MedSpa, a private equity–backed network of dermatology practices, where he oversaw digital transformation and tech-enabled growth. Outside of work, Tanner enjoys playing basketball, trout fly fishing, volunteering at his church, and watching his three kids grow up with his wife Jenny.
